Off Season for some, On Season at Borradale. Join “the farmer” during lambing and calving season from May through August. Don your farm kit (gumboots and wet weather outer layers supplied) and be on lambing lookout for newborn lambs in May and June, or catch a calf entering the world during July and August. You may even be lucky enough to sneak a newborn cuddle. Once the winter work is done, soak in the hot tub then sit by the fire with a Tassie wine or whiskey from the Larder.
