BOOKINGS

A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.

It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and advise Borradale Stanley if there are any errors or misunderstandings.

Valid credit card details must be provided. By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise Borradale Stanley to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that credit card.

CHILDREN

Borradale Stanley is an adults only retreat and does not accommodate children under the age of 12 years.

LARDER FOOD/BEVERAGE

All items taken from the Larder must be paid for before departure and an inventory check of the Borradale Larder will be carried out after guest check out. Borradale Stanley reserve the right to charge any items not paid for by the guest at the time of check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a booking cancellation, guests are entitled to a penalty free cancellation unless one of the following applies:

Where a booking is cancelled after 5pm within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the booking fee will be charged in full. Exemptions may be applied due to extenuating circumstances, this is at the discretion of the Borradale Stanley management.

No refund will be granted in the event a guest does not arrive for their booking or cancels on the date of their booking; the credit card associated with that booking will be charged in full for the booking.

A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.

SMOKING & DEEP CLEANING

This is a non-smoking property and is strictly smoke free. If a guest smokes in the house a $350 fee may be charged for additional deep cleaning. Likewise, if additional deep cleaning is required as a guest has damaged or left a room in a particularly dirty or messy state, an additional fee of up to $350 may be charged. Borradale Stanley reserves the right to seek legal recourse for any theft or damage.

LOST KEYS

If guests lose the Borradale Stanley keys there is a $250 charge per key for replacement and locksmith fees.
